Meet Your Course Host
Dr. Mitchell Saskin
Dr. Mitchell Saskin’s primary focus of his psychotherapy practice has been providing counseling for individuals and couples who are struggling in terms of life transitions and major life change. Classically trained as a psychotherapist – having received his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, he moved towards incorporating more alternative, mindful, holistic forms of treatment into his practice.
As a complement to talk therapy, Dr. Saskin provides hypnotherapy for clients recovering from chronic pain, depression, anxiety, stress, habit control, PTSD, and many other traumas and chronic medical conditions.
